In 1964, Barry Goldwater first said: “I would remind you that extremism in the defense of liberty is no vice. And let me remind you also that moderation in the pursuit of justice is no virtue.” Statists have been trying to hang that millstone around the neck of conservatives ever since. I’m happy to report that they aren’t succeeding.
